I also made this for my parents with the pork chops.
Ingredients
- 3 large russet potatoes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons seasoning blend ( I used lawrys seasoning salt)
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Method of prep
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Cut the potatoes into medium wedges.
- In a big bowl toss the potatoes with salt, pepper, seasoning blend, and vegetable oil.
- Spread in a single layer the potatoes on a sheet pan fitted with a silpat if you have one if not oil the baking pan.
- Bake in the oven for about 35 to 40 minutes or until tender.
